User satisfaction survey

Every year, AAU IT Services (ITS) invites students and employees to take part in a user satisfaction survey to assess the quality of the IT services, offered by ITS at AAU.

The user satisfaction survey is typically carried out in the autumn and gives ITS some indicators of possible services that we can advantageously focus on in the coming year in the effort to deliver services that create satisfied users.

ITS has carried out the user satisfaction surveys from 2017 to 2023 based on the same method - with minor adjustments along the way - and thus enabling us to compare respondents answers from 2017 - 2023.
