• Are your computer connected to cable network through the docking station at campus - then use the password to log on to your computer.
• If you need to log on to your computer after changing your password, and you are not on the AAU-network – Run the VPN connection on your computer and use the new password to update it on your computer. To check if the computer has remembered the new password, try locking your computer (Windows-icon + L) and enter the new password. 
• If it is the first time you use the computer (perhaps because you got a new one or borrowed one) - you need to connect the computer to cable network to log in, as the computer does not recognize you.

• With Jamf Connect installed on your Mac, the software will give you a reminder that your password need to be updated. Its your responsibility to change the password for your mail.

If you have changed your password via nyadgangskode.aau.dk using your NemID as a student at AAU, then your password has been changed in the following AAU-services: 

• Webmail
• Moodle
• STADS self service
