On this page you will find help for distance learning using video conference rooms together with other video conference rooms, MS Teams or AAU ZOOM. You can also use the material for a PhD defense or video conference meeting from a distance learning room. Please note that there is a difference in how you do it depending on the number of locations and whether all participants are at AAU locations.

If you need to teach between more than 2 locations, you have to use MS Teams or AAU Zoom together with the video conference facilities.

At the bottom of this page you can find guides to audio, microphone and camera settings.

There are 2 ways to make your call:

2a: Dial from the address book.

      • Press Lookup an AAU contact.
