As an employee or student at AAU, you can sign up to receive notifications from IT-support if there are planned changes, services are inoperative, and when issues have been solved. On this site, you will find instructions on how to sign up for notifications.

IT operating status

As an employee or student at AAU, you can sign up to receive notifications from IT-support if there are planned changes, services are inoperative, and when issues have been solved. On this site, you will find instructions on how to sign up for notifications.

How to subscribe to operation and service information

  • Choose Aalborg University in the dropdown menu
  • Click on Confirm choice and login
  • Log in with AAU-Username and password
  • Validate with multi-factor authenticator
  • Click OK to confirm WAYF
  • You will see an overview of operation and services
  • Click Subscribe 
  • In the dropdown menu you can choose the services you wish to subscribe to
  • You can choose if you want to receive notifications by email or SMS
  • Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Finish and view notifications

You will now receive notifications regarding operation and service information.
